During the pandemic, Chef Nyaih Russell conceptualized BrunchN'Lunch, a food truck offering high-quality Southern-style brunch. After seeing the success of BrunchN'Lunch, Nyaih expanded her brand by launching B'NL Catering, not only bringing delicious brunch dishes straight to her clients' major events, but also innovative creations like her coriander-seared tuna with citrus and fennel salad. Nyaih continues to grow her thriving brand through social media, high-profile events for companies, and engagements with both private clients and the public.
